For more than two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology and transformation. Especially at JRD Systems, building teams that grow smarter and stronger as they turn ideas into measurable impact.
That impact deepened when I began learning through my son Arjun’s journey. LifeLab Kids started as a family need and grew into a community where children of all abilities can explore, express, and thrive. A community of families, therapists, and neighbors who believe in showing up for one another.

Social Impact: LifeLab Kids
LifeLab Kids Foundation is a safe and supportive space where teens or young adults with cognitive or developmental differences can explore, express, and thrive. Inspired by a personal journey, the foundation offers customized therapies, play-based learning, and community activities that help neurodiverse kids discover their unique strengths. Our mission is to promote inclusion, early development, and meaningful connections for children and families. Every child deserves the chance to grow with confidence, supported by a network of caring professionals and families.
Life Beyond Work
Outside the world of technology and boardrooms, my goal is to keep myself fit and active.
Be it running marathons, playing golf, or trekking with my family, each interaction reminds me that endurance and balance matter just as much in life as in business.
Some of my happiest moments are the simplest ones, playing games with my kids, setting out on an adventure, or just sitting around a table sharing a meal. These are the spaces where ideas breathe, where perspective widens, and where I find the energy to keep showing up with clarity and purpose.
